Who is feeling stuck in life?
Every year, I have periods where I feel “stuck.” Yet when I look closer, I see that “being stuck” is a label I give to a natural part of life.
You get stuck when you think you should be something you’re not. When you think life should be different than it is.
I know I’m trying to force myself to do something when words like ”should,” ”have to,” and ”must” enter my mind.
When I relax and surrender to this period in my life, things seem okay. I see that I can’t control life. I can only notice what life brings to me.
So, I remind myself of 8 things when I’m feeling stuck.
1. Feeling stuck is a sign that it’s time to make a change.
2. Even the tiniest step forwards is progress.
3. I don’t have to have it all figured out to move forward.
4. New beginnings can feel like endings.
5. Believe what your heart tells you, not what others say.
6. Stop overthinking.
7. If it’s meant to be, it will happen at the right time, at the right place, for the right reasons.
8. My best is yet to come.
